Javier Alonso Gutierrez
Graduated in architecture at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid (Madrid School of architecture), with 30 years of professional experience and his own professional studio (JAG ARQUITECTURA), he has developed his professional activity by carrying out a wide variety of projects, urban planning, structural calculations and appraisals.
His restlessness led him to obtain the Passivhaus Designer qualification in 2013 and to complete a master’s degree in Bioclimatic Architecture and the Environment in 2014, developing all his projects since then with Nearly Zero Energy Consumption criteria. With the professional experience gained over the years, he currently also works in Management, Consulting, Project Management and Project Monitoring.
Guadalupe Rodríguez
Technical architect by the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM); with extensive experience in housing rehabilitation.
She enjoys reading a lot and travelling to learn about architecture from other places. Guadalupe is a warrior who knows how to move like a fish through water in the world of works. Methodical, honest and hard-working.
Blanca Tornos
Lawyer who graduated in Madrid, with 35 years’ experience in both judicial and extra-judicial proceedings. Blanca is sensible, honest and practical. The perfect piece for our team.

And in this high-paced world we need to have a coffee with you, get to know you a little more and better define the exact measure of your search.
We get going and search. It is time to exit the arena and search for a property according to the parameters we have defined. Advertisements don’t always reflect the reality, which is why we carry out the first visit. We evaluate whether the property is of interest or not, we not only look at the housing, but at the building, we talk to the concierge, we have a coffee in the neighbourhood and we get a feel for what does not appear in the advert.
We are beside you right through to closing the deal. It is the big day and we are about to close the deal, and we will be there as if your son or daughter were getting married, we will be that friend who is beside you and advises you all the way until you have the keys to what you were looking for.
